Shipping policy

Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be packaged and for you to receive your tracking details for shipping.

All orders are shipped via pass the parcel from Northland, New Zealand. Shipping can take up to 7 days depending on whether its to the North or South Island or urban versus rural. If you have not received your parcel within this time-frame, you can either contact pass the parcel directly or email us and we will follow it up for you.

All orders are sent with the authority to leave. This means once the courier has delivered the package to the property they have authority to leave the parcel in a safe place. Please note we do not accept loss claims for items after they have been delivered. If you would prefer to have a signature delivery, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. 

We currently only ship within NZ and to Australia!

Rural is an Additional $3.20
